Ordered the seafood curry, but unfortunately, it was overly sweet, which made the dish less enjoyable. Maybe getting a different dish next time

The Hazelnut Halibut, artichoke hearts, salads, soups, and pie were all delicious. You can tell the food is freshly made and the staff were very nice. They have carpeted floors and an upstairs area.

We went here for lunch, I loved the clam chowder. It was so creamy and so tasty. Also had gyro, the meat was crunchy and delicious. Everything was fresh including the pita bread. The sauce that came with the calamari was delicious. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Definitely recommend this place if you're in Port Townsend.

We unfortunately showed up 15 minutes before close. They sat us anyway. Our server was a wonderfully sweet older woman with shoulder length white hair. She reassured us that she is happy to assist and to take our time during the dining experience. We left an hour and 5 minutes after close and did not get any negative vibes from anyone. She even encouraged we get dessert which we did. The food: Light beer was flavorful The fish and chips was amazing, the cod and salmon combo had seasoned batter that was thin with a generous amount of perfectly cooked fish for the price of 21$. We were pleasantly surprised. The wygu steak I got medium. While it came out medium well center to well done on the ends, it was still flavorful. The broccolini were so yummy dripping with a butter sauce and the mashed potatoes had a lovely garlic flavor that was the perfect amount. The blackberry pie with a la mode ice-cream was very good, not too sweet. Overall a great experience.

I arrived at 5:10 pm (opens at 5:00 pm) without reservations and the hostess asked if I would be done in 2 hours. I said "Yes, in less than 1.5 hours)." She sat me across from the door in the gift shop area. I was a woman by herself. I could watch the steady stream of customers coming in. There is a 2nd floor as well. The restaurant was in an original building from the late 1800's with lovely tall ceilings and stained glass in the top windows. The Pear Crush drink was good. I thought the Clam Chowder was fine but not as creamy as I had at another restaurant and it was not white but a little grey. The fish and chips were excellent with plenty of fries. Kudos to Bobara, the waitress, who brought malt vinegar and ketchup before she brought the fish and chips so it was waiting for me. She took good care of me even when her station got completely full and she was busy. With the clam chowder plus the fish and chips, I had to take half the fish and chips back with me to the hotel. Fortunately, the Palace hotel has a microwave and refrigerator.

Love the atmosphere! Very friendly staff. This restaurant is located in a really neat old building. Upstairs and downstairs seating. There is an elevator for upstairs so I would assume it it wheelchair accessible. Food is pretty good. Wish it had more flavor. Gluten free options available including gluten free pasta. Food is pricy!

We had a wonderful experience at Silverwater Cafe! Our server, Barbara, was friendly and gave great recommendations. The mushroom ravioli was delicious, and the blackberry pie was the perfect dessert. The fish and chips were a highlight—crispy, fresh, and definitely worth ordering. If you’re in Port Townsend, this place is a must-visit!

Wife's mussels were excellent, as were my ravioli (novel sauce flavors). But here's the best thing - Key Lime Pie for dessert! With Oreo crust, oh my
